What data do we collect, Why we do, How we do & How it’s Retained?
We’ll only ever collect date that you give us. This could be if we meet at a Wedding fayre, trade show or via this website. The information collected is deemed necessary to ensure we get your event right for you. We collect your name, email address, contact phone number and if you go forward to book an event with us we also need a postal address. This information is used to keep you updated on your event . Without this information we can’t give you the excellent service that you would expect from us as we can’t get intouch with you! We do not gather sensitive data like date of birth, gender or religion. When signing your booking contract you will need to tick the “Opt in” box for us to continue to send you email correspondence. You can of course “opt out” at anytime.
When this information is collected we store it on a secure encrypted database and in paper form in a secure area. We don’t pass the information to anyone who is not involved in your event.
We retain your information for a reasonable period. A reasonable period has been determined to be where the event is less than 3 years old. Sometimes an event (for instance a Wedding) can be booked in a period exceeding this time and your personal data may be retained for 3 years.

The General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) 2018 gives you the right to access the information that we hold about you. You are entitled to view, amend, or delete the personal information we hold.
